一、化验分析操作指令：
1. Repeat drying,cooling and weighing. 重复干燥冷却及称重。
2. Flush the beaker wall. 冲洗杯壁.
3. Determine the blank value of the solution。 测定溶液的空白值。
4. Weigh ……to the 0.0002g. 称准至0.0002克。
5. Titrate to color change. 滴定至变色。
6. Open the frosted stopperof the separating funnel and vent to air. 打开分液漏斗磨砂塞放气。
7. Baking in the drying oven for 1 hour. 放入烘箱中烘1小时。
8. Cover with watch glass. 盖上表面皿。
9. Absorb excess sample with test paper. 过剩试样用试纸擦去。
10. Baking the sample or drying it. 烘干试样或让其自然风干。
11. Agitate it uniform. 搅拌均匀。
12. Dissolve the sample in ethyl ether. 将试样溶于乙醚中。
13. Filter the sample with qualitative. 将试样用定性滤纸过滤。
14. Check the sealing of the instrument. 检查仪器的密封性。
15. Switch on. 接通电源。

26. Put the disitillation flask in the shade。 取下蒸馏烧瓶置于阴凉初。

27. Keep the oil bath temperture constantiy at 100±1℃. 使油浴温度恒温在100±1℃。
30. Keep the temperture at 0-5℃. 温度保持在0-5℃。
31. Rotatory shaking. 旋转式摇动。
32. Tighetn the helix clip. 旋紧螺旋夹。
33. Drain the water layer carefully. 小心放出水层。
34. Add 1-2 Drops of indication to the solution. 向溶液中滴加1-2滴指示剂。
35. Weigh the sample with balance. 用天平称取试样。
36. Wash sample cell with the sample. 用试样冲洗采样管。
37. Stopper the bottle. 用塞子将瓶口塞住。
38. Titrate with the standard solution. 用标准溶液滴定。
39. Dilute the solution with disitilled to the scale. 用蒸馏水稀释至刻度。
40. Takee standard solution with pipette. 用移液管移取标准溶液。
41. Stir with the glass rod continuously. 用玻璃棒不停搅拌。
