Abstract: This article take an actual housing property development project as a backing, studied and has solved this project net profit was biggest when the household proportion definite question. First is clear about the project the basic situation and the essential target, determined solves this question possibility using the integer programming, next has established the household proportion determination operations research integer programming model, finally solves this model using Excel Solver and draws the conclusion, thus has solved this kind of actual problem effectively.
