R egarding the products from O EM ( O r ig mi a Equ ipm entM anu facturer) , the so ution and mi p em enting process of param eter design is pu t forw a rd, th ism e thod is a so u sed in 860 popup e ectric sunroof, w h ich has com pac t structure and better perform ance. A fter the pe rfo rm ance tested for sing e product and com p ete car, ev ery index m eets the requirem ent standa rd. Examp es ind ica ted that th is m ethod is effec tive and effic ient. Fo r the products of face ifting, the mode data of sunroo f assemb y and data o f universa components and parts a re set up. T he eve , speed and eff ic iency of sunroof design a re enhanced w ith the tw o m ethods, w hich prov ides so id techn ique basis fo r fastm ass production.
