摘 要 1600DA3空压机末级中冷温度高造成中间冷却器清洗频率高，分析认为冷却器气侧堵塞、冷却器滑
道密封差是造成末级中冷温度高的主要原因，水量水质的控制、冷却器腐蚀也是不可忽视的因素。通过冷却器清
洗新方法、水管道改造、冷却器国产化等创新措施后降低了末级中冷温度，保证安全稳定供应。
