回收尾矿中有用成分的实践探讨

摘 要 :为了使矿产资源得到综合利用和实现效益的最大化 ,利用包钢选矿厂生产铁精矿后剩余的尾矿和脱溢 ,通
过再磨 ,弱磁选 ,反浮选回收铁精矿和通过一次粗选、二次精选回收稀土精矿 ,从而得到品位为 6211 %的铁精矿和
品位为5000 %的稀土精矿。

Abstract : In order to synthetically utilize the mineral resource and maximize profits , the remaining ore concen
trate is reclaimed by using the residual ore tailing and effluence through regrinding , low intensive magnetic separation
and floatation and through primary rough concentration and secondary concentration , the rare - earth ore concentrate is
also recycled after iron ore concentrate production at Concentration Plant of Baogang . As a result , 62.11 percent pure
iron ore concentrate and 50.00 percent pure rare - earth ore concentrate are gained.
