走集团化道路,增强中国酒店企业竞争实力 庆斌 (巢湖学院 历史旅游文化系 ,安徽 巢湖 238000) 摘 要:在任何一个行业中,如果存在的企业数量过多而企业产品缺乏差异化,就必然导致企业在价格、广告宣传、销售让利等方面的竞争过度,并且会降低行业的总体利润水平。而集团化经营则可以避免市场的过度竞争,增加行业的利润,进而提高我国酒店企业的国际竞争力。从20世纪80年代中期以来,酒店集团在我国酒店市场运行中扮演了越来越重要的角色,而21世纪的中国酒店业无疑将进入酒店集团化经营的世纪。对于目前的中国酒店行业来说,为什么要走和应该怎么走集团化道路以及在走的过程中将要面对的挑战都是摆在中国酒店企业决策者们面前亟待解决的问题。文章通过采用事实论证法、文献研究法、观察法等方法论述了中国酒店业走集团化道路的必要性以及我国酒店集团化的经营基础和发展模式,并在此基础上进一步提出了中国酒店集团化的未来发展趋势和将要面临的挑战及对策。 关键词:酒店企业;集团化;竞争实力 Go Collectivize Way, Strengthen the Enterprises Competition Strength China hotel QingBin (Depart of History and Tourism, Chaohu University , Chaohu, Anhui 238000) In any industry, if there is excessive number of firms in the lack of enterprise product differentiation, it will inevitably lead to business in terms of price, advertising, sales over profit sharing and other aspects of competition and will reduce the industrys overall profitability.The group management is to avoid excessive competition in the market and increase industry profits, and to improve our international competitiveness of hotel companies.From the 20th century, since the mid-80s, the hotel group operating in the hotel market in China played an increasingly important role, while the hotel industry in China in the 21st century will undoubtedly enter the hotel group management century.For the current Chinese hotel industry, why go and how should the road and take the group to go will have to face the challenges of the process are placed in front of Chinas hotel business decision-makers are problems to be solved.By using the fact that argument, literature study, observation and other methods discussed in the hotel industry in China need to take the road of the Group and the Hotel Group of the operation of the foundation and development model, and further put forward on this basis, China Hotelsof the future trends and challenges to be faced and countermeasures.
