中国执业药师 · 论菩 例抗菌药物致药品不 良反应报告分析 庞士禄 曹美云 (铜 陵有 色 职 工 总 医 院 临床 药 学 室 ,安 徽 铜 陵 244000 摘 要 目的 了解我 院抗 菌药物致 药品不 良反 应 （ADR ）发 生 的持 点 ，促进 临床 抗 菌药物合 理使 用 。 方 法 对 我 院 2008 年 1 月 - 2011 年 1 月 227 例 抗 菌药物致 ADR 报 告进行 回顾 性 分析 。 结 果 227 例 抗 菌 药物 致 ADR 报 告 中，男性 多于女 性 ；60 岁 以上 患者 所 占比例 最 高（40 .53% ）；以唾 诺 酮类 最 多（42 .29% ），其 次为 内酞胺 类 （24 .67% ）；累及 器官 / 系统 以皮肤及 其 附件损 害居 多（38.77% ），其 次为 消化 系统损 害（25 .55% ）。 结 论 医院 应 重视 抗 菌药物使 用管理 ，加 强 ADR 监 测 。 关 键 词 抗 菌药物 ；药品不 良反 应 ；报 告 分析 doi ：10 .3969/j .issn . 1672-5433 .2013 .02 .002 The Analysis of 227 Adverse Drug Reaction Reports Caused by Antibacterials in Our Hospital Pang Shilu ,Cao Meiyun (Pharmacy Department of the General Wor er s Hospital of Tongling Nonferrous Metal Group , Anhui Tongling 244000 ,China ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the features of the adverse drug reactions (ADRs caused by antibacterials in our hospital so as to improve the rational drug use . Methods About 227 ADR reports caused by antibacterials were collected and analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from Jan . 2008 to Jan . 2011.Results Among the 227 ADR cas- es, there were more male s ADR reports than female s and 40 .53% was the patients over sixty years old . Most ad- verse reactions were induced by guinolones (42 .29% and -lactams (24 .67% , and the most common clinical mani- festations were the damage of s in and appendages (38.77% and digestive system lesion (25.55% .
