245例清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物 调查分析 杨正腾+(南宁市中医院药剂科，南宁530001) 中图分类号R978．1 文献标识码B 文章编号1672—2124(2011)06一0519一04 摘 要 目的：了解南宁市中医院清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：调查我院2010年清洁 手术出院病历245例。选取适应证、药物选择、给药时间、给药频率、联合用药等指标进行抗茵药物预防性应用的合理性评价。结 果：245例病例中，有244例使用抗茵药物，占99．59％；共涉及9类23种；术前O．5—2h使用抗茵药物占70．61％；抗茵药物平均 使用时间为6．89d；38．37％的患者在用药期间更换了品种。结论：我院清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗茵药物在无预防指征用药、 预防用药时机、术后用药时间、无指征联合用药等方面存在不合理现象，需加强管理。 关键词 清洁手术；围术期；抗茵药物；分析 UseofAntibioticsinPatients of245Cases UndergoingOperations：Analysis Prophylactic Aseptic YANG ofTraditionalChinese Zheng—teng4(Dept．ofPharmacy，NanningMunicipalHospital 530001，China) Medicine，Nanning in ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE：Tothe useofantibiotics patients asepticoperations investigateprophylactic undergoing in recordsof245 whounderwent orderto clinicalrationaluse．METHODS：The promote drug discharge patients for evaluationonthe ofthe useindexes in2010 werereviewedall asepticoperations rationalitydrug including of and combination thetotal indications，choicedrugs，dosingtime，dosingfrequencydrug etc．RESULTS：Among 245 antibiotics．Atotalof9 or23kindsofantibioticswereused． patients，244(99．59％)receivedcategories 70．61％receivedantibioticswithin0．5—2hoursbefore receivedantibioticsfor6．89 on operation．Thepatients days the kindsofantibioticswere in38．37％of average．The changed
