R. China Abstract Objective:To pro the realization of X-ray signs of early esophageal cancer . Methods:The data of 16 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results:In 16 cases, 1 easophageal squamous epithelium high grade dysplasia, 14 squamous cell carcinomas and 1 carcinoma in situ. The features of early esophageal cancer on dou le contrast X-ray exam inat ion in- cluded: nodular filling defects; plate filling defects; miliary filling defect s; thickened mucosal line. Lesions of 6 cases that underw ent PET / CT scan were showed high FDG uptake. Conclusion:To com ine dou le contrast X-ray exam- inat ion and PET/ CT scan, is helpful to properly diagnose early esophageal cancer.
