M ethod s 403 childrenw ith food allergy skin prick test ( SPT) strongly positive ( + + and + + + ) from 2004 to 2006 were review ed. Re su lts The strongly positive rates for SPT in 2004, 2005, 2006w ere 335%, 382%, 358% respectively. The age of all children w ho w ere diagnosed of strongly positive was 610months. Among the 403 samples, 54 werent introduced complementary food when they w ere diagnosed, 55 w ere intro duced before 4months, 254 bew een 4 and 6months (633% ), 40 after6months ( 993% ). Of these, 344w ere sensitized to eggs (8536% ), 180 of milk allergy ( 4467% ), follow ed by peanut, fish and shrmi p. 237 ( 5851% ) were sensitized to single food allergen, the restw ere sensitized to multitude food allergens ( 4119% ).
