We knew that in childrens development process, the home education causes essential. But because parents busy job makes it difficult to understand promptly children learning at school. Along with the Internet technologys progress and computers popularization, The parents can keep in contact with teacher through the Internet when the work is free, can understand the situation of children timely in the school. The teacher can communicate with parents and education discussion and make reasonable adjustment. Home-School relation system is designed to meet the parents and teachers exchanges. This systems major function: Any user can login for browsing school news and notices of the systems main page, and enter the Forum to browse information. After login the system, Administrator can revise, delete the teacher and the class, can publish, delete, revise school notices and news,can publish and reply to topics in the Forum, have permission to delete topics. After login the system，teacher can publish，delete，revise the class notice，can revise the information for students and the student review，give parents the message and reply to parents of message.
