摘 要 我国已经加入世界贸易组织，中国与国际市场接轨己成为大势所趋。如果企业要迎接这场挑战，就必须提高整体竞争能力，整体竞争能力的提高需要企业的管理模式的变革。提高管理水平，是企业壮大所要迈出的第一步。一个好的办公信息管理系统可以使企业在日益激烈的全球化市场竞争中稳步的发展。 本文详细介绍了企业办公信息管理系统的设计与实现。系统采用当前流行的B/S结构，系统主要通过企业管理人员授予不同操作人员不同的访问权限，来完成机构管理、人事管理、工作管理、客户管理、公司的物资管理功能。通过使用企业办公自动化管理系统，管理人员能够更好的管理公司的资料，提高管理者和员工的工作效率，节约管理成本。 系统以Java为开发平台，采用Eclipse3.1为开发软件，后台数据库采用Microsoft的SQL Server企业级关系数据库。本系统以Windows xp为运行环境，界面设计简洁、操作简便。系统流程设计符合实际工作流程，各种操作和用户权限设置合理，系统运行稳定。 关键词：信息管理；B/S；管理系统； Abstract China has entered into the World Trade Organization,and its convergence with the international market has become the general trend.
