第 29 卷 第 4 期 南 　京 　理 　工 　大 　学 　学 　报 Vol . 29 No . 4 2005 年 8 月 Journal of Nanjing University of Science and Technology Aug. 2005 静态计量方式的微机控制配料系统精度控制 沈显峰 ,姚 　进 ,任德均 ,刘 　阳 ( 四川大学 制造科学与工程学院 ,四川 成都 610065) 摘 　要 :从分析静态计量方式的微机控制配料系统的工作原理入手 ,指出影响配料系统精度的误差 因素主要是落料误差 、称量误差和累积误差 。采用基于系统数学模型的给料误差补偿算法来降低落 料误差 , 同时通过传感器 、测量电路 、秤斗安装等硬件措施和软件滤波 、非线性修正 、软件动态去皮等 软件措施来降低称量误差 ,采用自动补偿算法降低累积误差 。运行结果表明:微机控制配料系统某 通道配比误差由 1. 2 %降低到 0 . 6 % 。 关键词 :微机控制配料系统 ;精度控制 ;落料误差 ;称量误差 ;累积误差 ( ) 中图分类号 :TP 273 . 5 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 :1005 - 9830 2005 04 - 0455 - 05 Accuracy Control of Staticweighting Microcomputercontrolled Proportioning System SHEN Xianfeng ,YAO Jin , REN Dej un , L IU Yang (College of Manufacturing Science and Engineering , Sichuan University , Chengdu 610065 ,China) Abstract : The proportioning process of the staticweighting microcomputercontrolled proportioning system deter mines that the proportioning errors comprise material dropping error , weighting error and accumulated error . Com pensating algorithms for the feeding error based on a mathematical model are employed to decrease the dropping error . Measures concerning sensor selection ,circuit measurement ,hopper installation , and software filtering , non linear corrections are taken to reduce the weighting error . Compensating algorithms for the proportioning error are applied to lower the accumulated error . Applications in a cement plant show that certain channel ’s proportioning error reduced
