江苏省房地产开发值变化的影响分析 摘要：随着经济的发展，江苏省的房地产业开发也以一种傲人的速度发展，然后又在江苏省以至全国的经济发展中扮演重要的角色。本文首先结合已有的相关研究初步学习并归纳影响江苏省房地产业开发值变化的影响因素。然后分析影响因素并根据这些因素近几年的变化较为具体地总结出对江苏省房地产业开发值的影响较大的两个因素：经济因素和政治因素。接着搜集最新的相关数据运用回归分析和修正法，因果检验法以及单位根检验法对假设进行验证，并分析两因素对江苏省房地产开发值变化的具体影响。最后根据影响的不同结果提出相应的支持或修正的政策性建议。 关键词：江苏省 房地产开发价格 经济因素 政治因素 Abstract: With economic development, real estate development, Jiangsu Province, also in an impressive pace, and then again in Jiangsu province and even the countrys economic development plays an important role.
