A Technical Specification may compete against another Technical Specification with the same scope, but a Technical Specification may not conflict with a European Standard. 3） TRTechnical report：技术报告，为EN制定提供参考的文件，共409条。may be established as informative document in cases when it is considered urgent or advisable to provide information to the CEN national members, the European Commission, on the basis of collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as an EN. 4） CWACEN Workshop Agreement: 各相关方就某项感兴趣的事物达成的协议，不具有强制性，目前共400条。CWAs are developed in CEN Workshops open to anyone with an interest in the development of the deliverable. there is no obligation for the National Standards Bodies to adopt them as national standards 5） CGCEN Guide：关于标准制定时的基础性的指导文件，目前共33条；To specify the actions required to prepare, approve, publish and update a CEN Guide as an informative CEN publication approved by a CEN corporate body。 6）CRCEN Report：CEN 发布的报告，指导性的文件。 7） ENVEuropean Pre-standard （EPS)：标准草案，They were used in areas where a technology was still changing. It was not necessary to withdraw any conflicting national standards.
