药理药化_药学论文 药理药化_药学论文 【关键词】 百令胶囊（发酵型冬虫夏草菌丝）；糖尿病肾病 　　摘要：目的探讨百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病（DN）的预防和治疗。方法DN患者共80例，包括早期DN组36例，临床DN肾功能正常组24例，临床DN肾功能衰竭组20例，三组病人又分别随机分为对照组及治疗组。除常规治疗外，各治疗组患者则加用百令胶囊（发酵虫草菌粉）2 g口服，3次/d，共12周。治疗期间行血糖、血压、BUN、血肌酐、尿蛋白测定。结果与各同期对照组相比，各治疗组患者的尿蛋白排泄量明显降低（P＜0.05），临床DN肾功能衰竭组的血肌酐也显著下降（P＜0.05）。各治疗组的总有效率均显著高于各对照组（P＜0.05），其中早期DN组和临床DN肾功能正常组的显效率和总有效率又高于临床DN肾功能衰竭组（P＜0.05）。结论 百令胶囊具有减少蛋白尿、改善肾功能的作用，且对早期糖尿病肾病和临床糖尿病肾病肾功能正常者效果较好，对于肾功能衰竭病人也有一定疗效。 　　关键词：百令胶囊（发酵型冬虫夏草菌丝）；糖尿病肾病 　　The Clinical Studies on the Prophylactic and Therapeutic Effects of Bailing Capsule in diabetic nephropathy 　　Abstract：Objective To search the prophylactic and therapeutic effects of Bailing Capsule for diabetic nephropathy (DN). MethodsEighty patients with DN, including 36 cases of patients with early stage DN (group A), 24 cases of patients with clinical DN in normal renal function (group B), and 20 ones with clinical DN in renal function failure (group C), were divided randomly into control group and treated group. Except for the routine therapy, Bailing Capsule (preparation of Cordycepssinensis) was added to the patients in the treated groups for 12 weeks. Blood glucose, blood pressure, BUN, serum creatinine and urine protein excrete rate were test during the treatment. F test, t test and X2 were used for the statistical analysis.　ResultsCompared with control group, the urine protein excrete rate of patients in every treated group was reduced significantly (0.05). Serum creatinine in patients of clinical DN with renal function failure was also reduced significantly (0.05). The total effective rate　in each treated group was higher than that in each corresponding control group(0.05), especially in group A and group B.ConclusionBailing Capsule has some good effects of reducing the urine protein excrete rate and improving renal function, especially in the patients with early stage DN and clinical DN with normal renal function. 　　Key words：Bailing Capsule (preparation of Cordycepssinensis);Diabetic nephropathy 　　糖尿病是
