毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 机升0902 学 生 蹇木国 学 号 指导教师 杨可森 二〇一 一 年 月 日摘 要 预拉伸塑模裹包机是目前包装行业广泛使用的机械之一，它首先将塑料薄膜预拉伸，然后包裹在一个或多个货物上。广泛应用于玻璃制品、五金工具、电子电器、造纸、食品、陶瓷、化工、饮料、建材等行业。能够提高物流效率、减少运输过程中的损耗，具有防尘、防潮、降低包装成本等优点，是提升产品包装档次的理想选择。 预拉伸塑模裹包机是由膜架系统、升降立柱、控制系统、转盘系统等组成：主要参数有工作效率，包装高度，托盘转度，托盘承重，外形尺寸等。膜架系统为主动预拉伸机构，预拉伸可达200％~300%，自动送膜，自动调节送膜速度，膜架为铸铝膜架，轻便稳定。PWM调速系统控制薄膜张力。升降立柱采用链条传动，升降速度可以调节。控制系统运用PLC技术，按钮式操作面板，光电传感器开关，自动感测货物高度，膜架上升下降速度可以调节。 关键词：裹包机；缠绕机；托盘缠绕包装机；自动缠绕包装机 ABSTRACT Pre-stretch of the plastic film wrapping machine is one of extensive used in packaging industry,It will pre-stretch the plastic film at first,and then wrapped in one or more goods.widely used in glass,products,hardware,tools,electronic,appliances,paper,food, ceramics,chemicals,drink,building materials and so on.it can improve the logistics efficiency and reduce losses during transportation , Be provided with moistureproof, dustproof,reduce packaging costs.it can promote the product packing grade,so this is an ideal choice. Pre-stretch of the plastic film wrapping machine consists of Film pillar system,lifting pillar,control system,the wheel system system; The main parameters including efficiency,packing height,wheel speed,boundary dimension and so on.Film pillar system is active pre-tension institutions,Pre-stretch volume can reach 200% to 300% ,Automatic input film ,the speed of input film can be control,Film frame is aluminum alloy material,light and stability.The PWM of speed regulation system can control film tension,Lift pillar use chain transmission lifting speed can be regulated,Control system using PLC technology Buttoned operation panel,Photoelectric sensor switch,auto-sensing cargo height,The rising and falling of film frame rate can be regulated.
