议历史遗产保护与旅游开发的和谐发展 陆瀛迪 同济大学建筑与城市规划学院 摘要：遗产是我们世代相传的珍贵资源，资源应当被充分保护，更应当被合理利用。一方面，遗产是全人类共有的资源，每个人都有权利分享遗产资源；另一方面，只有被更多的人们认知才能发挥遗产更大的价值。但对历史遗产的旅游开发必须建立在充分考虑区域承受能力和遗产资源保护的基础上，过度的开发会导致遗产资源的损耗和自然环境的破坏。因此，我们应当在历史遗产保护与旅游开发中寻求一个平衡点，做到可持续发展。 关键词：遗产；资源保护；旅游；可持续 Research of Harmonious development of the historical heritage protection and tourism development Abstract: Heritage is the precious resource that we passed down from generation to generation, resource should be fully protected, more should be reasonable utilization. On the one hand, heritage is shared by all humanity resources, everyone has the right to share the inheritance resources; on the other hand, only by people cognition to play more heritage more value. But the tourism development of historical heritage must be based on full consideration of regional carrying capacity and the heritage resource protection, over-exploitation will lead to the loss of heritage resources and the destruction of natural environment. Therefore, we should find a balance point in the historical heritage protection and tourism development, to achieve sustainable development.
