GP与PF方案联合同步放疗治疗食管癌近期疗效比较 刘学芬 张力 彭冬 任必勇 张军 冉文华 （重庆三峡中心医院肿瘤一科 重庆 万州 404000） 目的：观察GP方案联合同步放疗治疗食管癌近期疗效与不良反应。方法：经病理明确诊断为食管鳞癌患者72例采用随机法分为研究组(GP方案联合同步放疗)和对照组（PF方案联合同步放疗）各36例。对照组：顺铂(DDP) 25mg/m2 d1-3, 5-Fu 500mg/m2 d1-5; 28天为1周期,连续2周期；同步三维适形放疗从化疗第1天开始: DT 54Gy～64Gy/30～32Fr/6～7周。研究组: 吉西他滨0.8-1.0g/m2 d1, d8; 顺铂(DDP )25mg/m2 , d1-3, 28d为1个周期，连续2周期；同步三维适形放疗方案同对照组。结果：对照组CR10例(27.8%),PR13例(36.1%),SD5例(13.9%),PD3例(8.3%),总有效率(CR+PR)63.9%；研究组CR13例(36.1%), PR18例(50.0%),SD3例(8.3%),PD2例(5.6%),总有效率86.1%；两组总有效率比较有显著统计学差异（P＜0.05）。不良反应较对照组无明显增加。结论：GP方案联合同步放疗治疗食管癌近期效果良好，且不增加局部不良反应，值得进一步研究。 关键词：吉西他滨 顺铂 5-氟尿嘧啶 化疗 同步放疗 食管癌 中图分类号: R735.1；R730.5 文献标识码：A Clinical observation of chemotherapy with regimen GP combined with synchronous radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma Liu Xuefen ,Zhang Li, Peng Dong et al（department of Oncology, Chong Qing Three Gorges Center Hospital , Wanzhou Chongqing 40400 China） [Abstract]　Objective: To investigate the effects and side effects of gemcitabine plus cisplatin combined with synchronous radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma . Methods: Seventy-two cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were randomized into 2 groups .In control group ,there were 36 cases treated with cisplatin (25mg/m2 , d1-3)and 5-fluorouracil (500mg/m2 , d1-5 ) with intervals of 28 days , continuous 2 intervals；The synchronous three dimensional conformal radiation therapy (6MV - X ray, 2Gy per fraction, 5 days per week, continuous 6~7 weeks, total dose 54Gy - 64Gy) were performed on the first day of chemotherapy. In study group, there were 36 cases treated with gemcitabine(o.8-1.0g/m2 , d1, 8 ) and cisplatin (25mg/m2 , d1-3 ) with intervals of 28 days, continuous 2 intervals；The synchronous three dimensional conformal radiation therapy were identical with control groups.
