经验交流 Experience Exchange 塔河油田油气集输管网腐蚀现状 及防腐技术的研究与应用 刘高伦 （中石化西北油田分公司塔河采油二厂，新疆轮台 841604 ） 摘 要：塔河油田在近年的开发过程中，地面集输管网不同程度的出现腐蚀穿孔，严重影响油 田的正常生产。从油井采出来的原油中含有大量的H2S、CO2 以及地层水和其它杂质，对采油设备及 集输管网的腐蚀破坏性极大。对其腐蚀机理进行分析，找出防腐措施极为重要。本文通过对塔河油 田已建地面管网的腐蚀监测及油、气、水的分析，找出了管线腐蚀的机理，并提出了相应的防护措 施，提高了油田的开发效率。 关键词: 塔河油田 腐蚀现状 腐蚀机理 防腐措施 中图分类号：TE983 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1008-7818(2010)09-0017-08 Research and Application on the Corrosion Present Situation and the Anticorrosion Technology of Oil and Gas Gathering and Distribution Pipelines in Tahe Oilfield LIU Gao-lun （No.2 Oil Production Plant of Tahe Oilfield, SINOPEC Northwest Company, Luntai 841604, China ） Abstract: The occurrences of different degrees corrosion failure of surface oil and gas gathering and distribution pipelines in Tahe Oilfield has greatly affected the normal oilfield operation in recent years. Crude oil from oil wells contained large amounts of H S, CO and the formation water and other impurities which 2 2 resulted in severe corrosion of oil production equipments and gathering and distribution pipelines. Thus, it is very important to analyze their corrosion mechanism and identify anti-corrosion measures. Based on the corrosion monitoring of built oilfield surface pipelines and the analysis of oil, gas and water, the paper identified the mechanism of pipeline corrosion and the corresponding anticorrosion measures to improve the efficiency of oilfield development.
