摘 要 能源紧缺、环境恶化是日趋严重的全球性问题。改变能源结构，提高能源利用效率和发展清洁能源是各个国家能源发展战略的主要目标。目前，为了适应我国能源建设和可持续发展目标的需要，大力建设和实施天然气冷热电三联供已成为发展趋势之一。冷热电三联供是分布式能源的一种，是洁净高效最具经济性的供能方式。具有节约能源、改善环境、增加电力供应、治理城市大气污染和提高能源综合利用率的必要手段之一，符合国家可持续发展战略。大量垃圾包围城市，给环境和发展造成很大压力城市垃圾中也蕴含着巨大的资源潜力和经济效益。综合考虑经济成本与环境成本，垃圾焚烧发电逐渐成为我国城市生活垃圾处理方式的首选具备其必然性。Abstract Energy shortage and environmental degradation are increasingly serious global problems. Changing the energy structure improving energy efficiency and developing clean energy are the main objectives of the various national energy development’s strategy. At the moment in order to adapt to the needs of Chinas energy construction and the goals of sustainable development Vigorously develop and implementation of natural gas CCHP has become one of the development trend.As one kind of distributed energy,CCHP is a kind of clean, efficient and most economic way of energy supply.It is one of the necessary means of control urban air pollution and improve the comprehensive utilization of energy,with energy conservation,improve the environment,increase the electricity supply and other comprehensive benefits.A lot of garbage surrounded city, caused great pressure to the environment and the development city garbage, but also contains a huge resource potential and economic benefits. Considering the economic cost and environmental cost, power gradually become Chinas city life garbage treatment of choice has its inevitability of garbage incineration. This article describes the development of the concept of distributed energy supply and the development of CCHP development in foreign markets.By analyzing the situation of the domestic market,policy environment and broad prospects,come to some suggestions of futures development.
