注射用泮托拉唑钠与多种药物配伍稳定性分析 摘要：目的：探讨注射用泮托拉唑钠与几种常见溶液配伍的稳定性；方法：将注射用泮托拉唑钠与专用溶媒、葡萄糖氯化钠溶液、0.9%氯化钠溶液、5%葡萄糖溶液、10%葡萄糖溶液、果糖氯化钠溶液、木糖醇注射液配伍，从配伍溶液的颜色、澄清度、PH值、含量和有关物质的改变；结果：注射用泮托拉唑钠与专用溶媒、0.9%氯化钠溶液、果糖氯化钠溶液、木糖醇溶液配伍6小时内性质变化不大，而与5%葡萄糖溶液、10%葡萄糖溶液、葡萄糖氯化钠溶液配伍6小时内性质变化较大；结论：注射用泮托拉唑钠与专用溶媒、0.9%氯化钠溶液、果糖氯化钠溶液、木糖醇溶液配伍稳定性好。 关键词：注射用泮托拉唑钠，配伍，稳定性，分析 Abstract: Objective:To study the stability of the?compatibility of pantoprazole sodium for injection with several common solution; Methods: Maked the compatibility between the pantoprazole sodium for injection and special solvent, glucose sodium chloride solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution, fructose sodium chloride solution, xylitol injection. To study from the color and clarify degrees solution, PH, content and relevant material change; Results: The properties of the compatibility between pantoprazole sodium for injection and special solvent, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, fructose sodium chloride solution, xylitol solution were with little changes in six hours after compatibility, and nature of the compatibility between 5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution, glucose sodium chloride solution and pantoprazole sodium for injection changed largely in 6 hours after compatibility; Conclusion: The stability of the compatibility between pantoprazole sodium for injection and special solvent, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, fructose sodium chloride solution, xylitol solution were good.
