Abstract: Based on design of so e light wooden building in Beijing, specifications and perfor ances of wood
and typical construction technology of roof, walls and floors were introduced. Integral odel was built by
SAP2000 software to analyze integral perfor ance of structure and application of key technologies. The result
shows that light wooden building has pro inent capacity in bearing, antiseis ic andwall antishearing, as
well as characteristics of energy saving and environ ental protection.
