河南科技学院新科学院 2015届本科毕业论文 小吃摊食品包装安全问题调查研究 学生姓名： 刘娜 所在院系： 食品科学与工程系 所学专业： 食品科学与工程 导师姓名： 张晓娜 完成时间： 2015年4月  小吃摊食品包装安全问题调查研究 摘要 随着近几年各种美味小吃摊的迅速发展壮大，一次性塑料袋已经严重危害了人们的身体健康和生存环境。本文针对大学城小吃摊食品包装材料安全问题和大学生对一次性塑料包装制品接触高温食物的危害认知情况,对大学城附近32名大学生和26个小吃摊进行调查研究，发现76.92%的摊贩都是使用的白色一次性薄塑料袋，而且小吃摊贩们对一次性塑料袋的危害问题重视程度不高，通常将高温食物立即装入塑料袋，令人意外的是100%的大学生都知道一次性塑料遇高温时的危害更大，但81.25%的大学生对这种现象从不制止。从而分析问题探讨解决方案，增强大学生对小吃摊的饮食安全意识，减少小吃摊用塑料包装制品对人体健康的危害。 关键词：小吃摊，调查，食品包装材料，危害  Investigation On?Snack?Food Packaging Safety?Problem Abstract With the rapid development in recent years, A variety of delicious snack stalls to grow, Disposable plastic bags have been seriously endangering peoples health and living environment.
