2011 ·洛阳·铸件清理与后处理装备技术交流会论文集 和谐铸造 创新未来 ——探索未来十年铸业发展理念与措施 汤宗成，刘 嘉 （芜湖市铸造学会/协会，安徽 芜湖 241001 ；上海三盾智能系统有限公司，上海 200042 ） 摘 要：铸造行业准入制和“十二五”发展规划的拟定和实施是国家经济转型和持续发展以及使我国成为 世界铸造强国的重要战略和行动纲领。未来十年中国铸造企业有 2 万家淘汰退市，这将使整个行业结构更加 优化，提高产业竞争力。 淘汰铸业落后产能，实现“和谐铸造”。即与天和谐：治理污染，粉尘、废气、噪音排放达标。与地和谐： 节约资源、废渣、废砂、废水排放达标，走良性循环发展道路。与人和谐：铸业实施行规、行约、自律管理， 和谐共同发展，支持铸业走向世界，为世界铸业和谐发展作贡献。 本文依据建国以来铸业走过的历程和现状提出相关的发展理念和措施，预示未来十年铸业发展的环节。 关键词：准入制和规划；铸业发展理念和措施 Abstract: Foundry industry admittance system and the formulating and implementing of The Twelfth Five development planning are the important strategic and action plan for our economy transformation and sustainable development as well as make our country become the world casting powers. There will be 20 thousand china foundry enterprises out in the future 10 years, which can make the whole industry structure more optimization and higher competitiveness. Eliminating backward casting industries and realizing harmonious casting, namely harmony with the day: pollution control and dust, gas and noise within the emission standards; harmony with the earth: resource conservation and waste residues, waste sand, waste water within the emission standards; harmony with the human: harmonious and common development, supporting casting industry towards the world and making contributions for the world casting industry. This article is based on the founding casting industry through the history and current situation.
