济南大学泉城学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 樊 宁 二〇一 年 月 日(宋体三号) 摘 要 现在许多农用三轮车、手扶拖拉机等农业机械依旧采用手摇式启动，它们都是用柴油机作为动力来源。柴油机在出厂之前必须在试车车间进行各项性能测试，每一台柴油机都要在启动之后才能够进行测试，因此在试车车间的测试线上就会有许多等待启动的柴油机。原来这些柴油机的启动都要靠人力来完成，这样做不仅使试车车间的工作量大、劳动强度高、效率低，而且还有一定的危险性。为了改善现阶段的落后生产状况，需要设计一台可以方便快捷的、自由移动的柴油机启动设备。本次设计的启动机可以满足工厂的需求。 本说明书从功能原理、设计方案、组成结构、工作方式等方面对机进行了分析探讨,并对一些地方进行了改进。ABSTRACT Now many agricultural tricycle, tractors, etc are still using hang starting. They are all powered by diesel engine .Every diesel engine must be test on its performance in commissioning workshop before they leave factory. Each a diesel engine will be started before the test. So in commissioning workshop test online will have many diesel engine waiting for start-up. The start of these diesel engine all must depend on the human to complete originally. It not only make the workload big, high labor intensity, low efficiency, but also have certain danger in test workshop. In order to improve the low efficiency of production condition in current. A diesel engine start-up equipment which can fast and convenient, free mobile in test workshop is needed. This design start-up machine can meet the factory needs. This instruction analyzed and discussed from the aspects of function principle, design, structure, working way of diesel engine starter, and have improved in some place. The structure of diesel engine starter part is the core of design. The design of starter main finished several jobs such as the work principle, transmission scheme, starting device, safe protection devices. The design of the diesel engine starter is sui-table for large, medium and small tractor manufacturer's diesel engine test in the workshop.
