Introduction 简介 At night 2009-06-27 to 2009-06-28 a test run was operated at High Speed Line WUGUANG. There is no official information to CTC, the course of events for this incident can only be reconstructed based on information of third parties. Anyway, by impact the set of switches and frog noses, locking devices and end position detectors have been damaged partly seriously. The train has not been derailed. At turnout no. 7 the locking piece rails in the frog area have been impacted, in this process the Boegl- plates also have been damaged. Besides the first recess of the HRS locking device small cracks are visible, at the recess for the second locking device there are spalling in the concrete plate. 2009年6月27至28 日夜间,武广客专高速铁路试车期间于新赤壁站发生事故。列车没有脱轨,但3、7 号道岔转辙器、辙叉及转换设备部分部件严重损伤。7号岔心轨锁闭装置支撑轨框被撞击,博格板受 到损伤。 2. Carried out initial investigations and urgent measures 初步调查及紧急措施 At 2009-06-28 the according turnouts have been inspected by CTC and a first evaluation of the damage symptoms have been done. • The turnouts are identified as follows: o Turnouts no. 3 (Crossover CR ) and no. 7 (Single Turnout ST, branch track to the platform) at New Chibi Station (refer to sketch in the annex) o Turnout geometry: VRC60-1100-1:18 fb FAKOP, left turnout, at turnout no. 3 switch motors right side (CR), at turnout no. 7 switch motors at left side (ST) o Turnout no. 3 frog: Order-no. 23305/30, frog-no. 636 08 Turnout no. 7
