论医疗设备验收 Discussion on the Acceptance of Medical Equipments 翁思伟 上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院 200127 摘 要：随着高科技新型医疗设备的不断开发上市，医疗设备在技术含量上都有了长足发展，医疗设备不但是 医疗卫生工作水平的物质基础，更是医院现代化的重要标志，为确保新购设备正常安全的运行于临床第一线， 设备的验收工作显得十分重要。 设备验收工作的技术性和政策性很强，设备管理部门必须制定一个完整的医疗设备验收工作制度，及符 合制度管理的医疗设备验收流程。我国目前相关的法律法规，具有相当的进步性和前瞻性，但目前各大医院 的设备验收工作，无论在制度层面还是程序方面，要与法律法规相匹配，仍有提升规范管理的必要，须要我 们进一步共同研究。 本文以设备验收为线索，以完善医疗设备管理为出发点，在分析设备验收重要性的基础上，探讨医疗设 备验收的制度构建和程序设计，以期为医疗设备验收的研究提供一定参考。 关联词： 医疗设备；验收制度；验收程序 Abstract：With the constant of new high-tech medical equipments to market, the technical contents of the medical device have a substantial development. Medical equipment is not only the level of the material basis for medical health but also an important symbol of modernization hospitals. To ensure the security of the newly purchased equipments running on the clinical front line, it is very important to manage the acceptance of medical equipments. Acceptance of equipments is of technical and policy nature, the department of equipments management must develop a complete working system of acceptance, and compliance system for the management of medical equipment acceptance process. Chinas current laws and regulations are of considerable progress and forward-looking, but the major hospitals of the equipment acceptance work, both in system level and in procedure level, still need to upgrade their management standard with the laws and regulations, which needs our further joint research. In this paper, acceptance of medical equipments as a clue to improve the medical equipments management as a starting point, based on the analysis of the importance of equipments acceptance, discusses the system construction and procedure design of the acceptance of medical equipments to provide a
