周口市外出农民工现状调查和分析 ????????????????????????????张春风? ??????????? （周口师范学院??政法系??河南 周口??466001） ? 摘? 要:农民工问题是当今社会关注的焦点之一。周口市作为一个传统的农业大市和典型的人口大市，有大量的外出务工人员遍布全国各地。他们数量众多，涉及行业广泛；在他们的生活中存在着很多问题，就业环境条件差,严重的精神失落和文化贫乏,留守子女和流动人口子女受教育困难,民工群体过于年轻化存在隐患等等。这些问题关系到社会的和谐，如何解决这些问题，笔者在调查分析的基础上，提出了民工务工城市要改善农民工就业环境，保障农民工合法权益及职能部门强化服务，帮助农民工提高就业能力的建议，冀望能为农民工问题的解决提供参考。 ? 关键词 :农民工? 权益保障? 留守子女 ?
