BaoDingShi hebei university science and technology culture industrial park urban design analysed the project background comprehensively, introduced the new urbanism philosophy, borrowed the hopsca city regional development mode, committed to constructing a residential, industrial, office, business, leisure and multi-function city synthesis,and then draws a conclusion that urban design based on the theory of new urbanism is a suitable method adapting to the development characteristics of the hi-tech industrial park.
