C-H-R-I-S. C for creativity, because I’m a boy full of great and new ideas that will surely entertain everybody. H for hardworking and a feet-on-the-ground person I’d always like to be. R for ready to work, just as I am with enthusiasm and energy to work and help others all the time. I for independence and that’s what makes me brave and not afraid to face any hardship. And S for self-confidence, which enables me to stand here to gain your support. If I were selected as the head of students I would treasure my opportunity to work for all of you. Thank you very much. Good afternoon, everybody: I’m Crystal from Year 12. I’m here to compete for the chairman of the school’s students’ union. First, I’d like to say I’m well-experienced to compete for the post. I’ve been working in the students’ union for the last two years. I’ve learned a lot from other members of the students’ union. We’ve had a good time and done a good job. Secondly, I’m sure I have ability to make school’s activities more colourful. The former working experience made me a rich man. I also believe I have the talent to lead a team. If I can have the honour to be elected chairman of the students’ union, I’ll try my best to lead my team members, stimulate everybody’s passion, explore their potential and make your school life more splendid. Besides, I will try hard to help teachers and students closer. So why not vote me now? I have ability in leading and I can cooperate with others well.
