It is concluded that this journal had taken a gricultural science and technology as vi sual angles and carried on many creativity explores in such aspects as follows , why the Chinese agricul ture was undeveloped , how to draw lessons from the Western learning and propose sciedu for setting up the country , and how to spread scientific thought by medias.
