Th is text analyze s the developm ent trend of op tim izing design theorie s of the h igh bu ilding structu re and engineering, researches on the existing p rob lem of op tim izing design of the h igh bu ilding structure, and also inqu irie s the feasib ility of u tilizing the fu ll stre ss design m ethod to carry on structure op tim izing de sign of the h igh bu ilding.
