焦炉炼焦生产DCS监控系统设计与组态 摘要 集散控制系统DCS（Distributed Control System）目前在工业控制领域占有重要的比重。 自从1975年问世以来，经过30多年的发展，已经成为了一种具有高可靠性，开放性，灵活 性，易于维护，高协调性，控制功能齐全的先进控制系统。焦炉炼焦生产由集散控制系统进 行控制和检测，能保证焦炉炼焦的生产效率，监控安全和运行稳定。 我的论文对集散控制系统的形成背景，当前现状和未来趋势做了系统的阐述，根据监控 数据表做出了对焦炉炼焦生产DCS监控系统的设计与组态。在设计与组态过程中选择了北京 和利时MACSV集散控制装置。 首先把监控数据表单做的数据表单转换为文本文件，此文本文件为制表符分隔类型。 然后用MACSV系统的数据库总控建立工程后进行了域组号组态、数据库组态，数据库 组态包括模拟量输入AI、模拟量输出AO、开关量输入DI、开关量输出DO。用MACSV系 统的设备组态工具进行设备组态，根据MACSV系统的硬件结构和特点，为模拟量输入、模 拟量输出、开关量输入、开关量输出选择FM硬件功能模块。用服务器算法组态工具进行 了服务器算法组态。用MACSV图形组态工具进行了图形组态。 最后由数据库总控软件进行数据库编译，包括基本编译和联编。数据库下装生成全部下 装文件。打开图形组态工具进行图形的模拟运行。 关键词：焦炉炼焦，集散控制系统，MACSV，监控，组态。 Coke oven production design and configuration of DCS control system Abstract Distributed control system DCS currently in the field of industrial control plays an important share.
