摘 要 本设计新井为大雁矿区四矿1.2Mt/a的新井设计，共有4层设计可采煤层，平均总厚度为8m。设计井田的可采储量为95.76Mt，服务年限为57a。划分二个水平开采。井田平均走向长3.26km，平均倾斜长5.0km，煤层平均倾角6.7°，属于缓倾斜煤层。 本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓方式，集中大巷布置方式。共划分8个带区，其中首带区为二个，达产工作面一个。本设计带区为东一带区，大巷装车式下部车场，综合机械化采煤。年工作日为330d，采用“四、六”式工作制，工作面长为200m，每刀进度为0.8m，每日割九刀。 提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升。 由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采。 由于本人知识有限，缺乏一定的现场经验。因此，本设计中难免会出现一些问题，请各位专家老师不吝指正。 关键词 可采储量 采煤工艺 倾斜开采 联合开采 联合开拓 Abstract The task of this design is to construct a 1.2million tons new shaft for Dayan of the four Administration.This mine has four minable Coal Seam,and its average thickness is 8 meters.Designed field of minable capacity is95.76lion tons.
