摘 要 基于云计算、云制造理念，提出的一种面向服务，高效便利和基于知识网络化智能新工艺管理模式—云工艺管理。云工艺管理是现代工艺管理的前瞻性课题,其融合了现有的信息化管理，ERP,云计算，物联网、语义Web，高性能计算等技术,能够为制造全生命周期提供及时可靠，优质的管理指导与服务。本文在工艺管理现状及云计算、云制造研究的基础上，结合大连机车车辆厂实际情况，进行了面向产品全生命周期云工艺管理研究，阐述了云工艺管理系统的构建过程。对云工艺管理模式下的资源进行了详细分类，并对构建过程中所涉及的资源的感知、虚拟接入、服务化和云服务部署等关键问题展开了研究，给出了工艺管理云及工艺管理云服务的相关说明。在此基础上进一步提出了云工艺管理应用模式，为最终实现高效、智能的云工艺管理系统提供了支持。结合产品全生命周期设计工艺管理、现场工艺管理任务需求，依据所提构建方法与关键技术，初步建立了面向用户需求工艺管理实例应用模型，为云工艺管理的进一步研究奠定了基础。 关键词：云工艺管理 云计算 工艺管理云 ABSTRACT based on the philosophy of cloud computing and cloud manufacturing,a new intelligently networked process management model called cloud process management has been proposed which is service-oriented, highly efficient , and is knowledge based.cloud process management is prospective subjects of modern process management.By integrating state-of-the-art technologies such as informatized management, ERP,cloud computing, the Internet of things, semantic Web and high performance computing, cloud process management provides timely and reliable, quality management guidance and services for users involved in the whole manufacturing lifecycle.
