摘 要： 以公平视角探讨高校管理的实施是保障高校正常运转的重要方面。基于教育公平的视角，梳理和
分析了在高校管理中学校管理人员管理、教师管理、学生管理和教学管理等存在的问题，提出相应的实施策略。
