旋转罐状机的设计 [摘要]：此次设计的主要目的是为实现葡萄酒的全自动罐装，与一般的罐装机不同的是：普通罐装机一次工序通常完成的是要么封口要么罐装，而本设计是要在一个工序上全自动完成罐装和封口。为保证罐装和封口的运动与具有停歇运动的转台工作时间适当，特在设计了一个与转台连接的六槽轮的同时，多设计了一个六槽轮，以便主动拨盘在脱离转台下的六槽论后，进入另一个六槽论，带动转台上的轴转动，完成对停歇在转台上的酒瓶进行罐装和封口，完后，当转台再次运转时，罐装和封口工作停止，直到下次转台再进入停歇状态。因为转台上的轴动力是由转台下经锥齿轮换向、减速传来的，而且它们的传动比为6，又因为锥齿轮的传动比一般不大于3，所以多设计了两根轴，以实现锥齿轮的两次换向、减速。 [关键字]：旋转、罐装、槽轮机构、凸轮机构、曲柄滑块、锥齿轮。 [Abstract]: This design main goal is for realizes the grape wine completely automatic canned, with general canned machine is different: An ordinary canned machine working procedure usually completes is either the seal or canned, but this design is must the completely automatic complete canned and the seal in a working procedure. Because on the turnplate axis power is by the turnplate under after the bevel gear commutation, decelerates transmits, moreover their velocity ratio is 6, also because the bevel gear velocity ratio is not bigger than 3 generally, therefore has designed two axes, by realizes the bevel gear two commutation, decelerates.
