毕业设计（论文） 题 目 青海桥头铝电股份公司人事 管理信息系统设计与实现 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 班 级 信管071 学 号 学 生 指导教师 （副教授） 2011 年青海桥头铝电股份公司人事管理信息系统的设计与实现 西安理工大学 信息管理系 信息管理与信息系统专业 中国西安 710054 摘 要 青海桥头铝电股份有限公司是全国第一家铝电联营的大型企业，规模大，员工多，所以有必要设计一个可行的人事管理信息系统来更好的管理企业。由于计算机技术的飞速发展,数据库技术作为数据管理的一个有效的手段,在各行各业中得到越来越广泛的应用。因此,本文围绕一个“人事管理系统”程序的设计和应用系统的开发课题为背景,详细介绍了以VB和SQL SERVER为语言编写管理信息系统的过程。本文基于管理信息系统理论，并结合青海桥头铝电股份有限公司的现状，运用面向对象技术、UML、数据库技术，对人事管理信息系统做了详细的分析与设计。该程序通过VB的ADO数据对象来实现VB前台与后台SQL SERVER数据库的连接,并具有典型的数据库应用系统的特征,完成了系统结构与现实生活的紧密结合。 本系统采用VB 6.0、SQL Server 2000和Office 2003作为开发工具。本论文主要从系统分析、系统设计、系统实施等几个方面进行介绍。SQL SERVER的强大数据库功能,直到形成一个完善的可行性系统。优美、秀丽的界面,方便实用的查询与维护功能共同构成了“人事管理信息系统”。 本系统基本上可以满足现代化企业管理的需求。Design and Implementation of Personnel Management Information System of Qinghai bridge the aluminum Co., LTD Li Jinxue Information Management and Information System, Grade 2007, Information Management Department, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an, China, Zip code: 710054 Abstract Qinghai bridge the aluminum Co., LTD is the first large-scale enterprise that aluminum associated, Large scale , and many employees , therefore, it is very necessary to design a feasible personnel management information system in order to manage the enterprise better.
