本科毕业设计论文 题 目 电动机保护控制器的开发与研制 系 别 电气与信息工程 专 业 自动化 班 级 自动化 学生姓名 指导老师 王 鹏 光 2011摘 要 电动机作为拖动系统中的重要组成部分在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位， 它的使用几乎渗透到了各行各业．是工业、农业和国防建设及人民生活正常进行 的重要保证，因而确保电动机的正常运行就显得十分重要，而电机保护器对电动 机的正常运行无疑具有决定性的意义。 电动机保护控制器的科技发展趋势是实现产品的微型化、数字化、智能化和网络化．并在性能上向高精确度、高可靠性、高环境适应性方向发展。而在这个过程中，DSP(Digital Signal Processor)结构上的突出特点无疑将会起到巨大的作用。DSP芯片已经广泛应用于自动控制、图象处理、通信技术、网络设备、仪器仪表和家电等领域；DSP为数字信号处理提供了高效而可靠的硬件基础。目前，应用最广泛的DSP芯片是TI(德州仪器)公司的产品，占到全球市场的60％左右。 　　 关键词：电动机 DSP 电流检测 Study On Motor Protector Based on TMS320F2812 The electromotor which is now an important part of Electrical Towage Systems holds the balance in National Economic．It Call be used in every walk of life and is the important guarantee of industry，agriculture，construct of national defence and the people’s livelihood．So it is very important to assure the electromotor run natural．And the motor protector is crucial． The motor protector will be micromation：numerical，intelligentize and networking，at the same time it will be high precision，high reliability and be used in all conditions．The advantage in structure of DSP will play a11 important hole．DSP has been used in autocontrol，image manipulation，telecom，network，instrument and video abroad and it plays a great hole for support to digital signal processing．At present，the products of TI(Texas Instruments)are 60 percents ofthe world’S market The keystone ofthe system is to gather and analyse the voltage and the current of the electromotor． then the status of the motor can be got and then it can help to protect electromotor． TMS320F2812 is used in this system to insure the real time and accuracy．The study on the motor protector based on the chip. TMS320F2812 is presented in hardware and software development.After application in actual running motor of several factory,this protector can monitor various fault and protector the motor from damage timely,therefore,the motor can run reliably with protector. 目 录 引言-----------------------------------
