Abstract: With the implementation of transforming state commercial banks into thejoint stock system, potential problems in their corporategovernance
and enterprise- wide risk management have caused common concern in the theoretical and banking circles. Based on an analysis of the relationship between
corporategovernance andenterprise- widerisk management of state commercial banks, thisarticleputs forwardsome countermeasures which are practicable in an
environment likethat in Chinato improve the coordinated development of corporategovernance and enterprise- widerisk management.
