摘要 本次设计为宁夏某食品厂锅炉房工艺设计，根据各种资料，选择两台SHL10-2.45-W型锅炉L=2566mm，选择一台800的排污扩容器，除氧方式采用海绵铁除氧，海绵铁除氧器的型号为BTCY--30型。H+换器钠离子交换器1500，各设置两台，一台工作一台再生，采用氢-钠离子交换器串联的方式设置，取样冷却器的型号为254，消声器的型号为F5-B。 同时，由于本地区冬季室外温度过低，不宜设置沉渣池，因此本设计采用干式除尘和机械出渣，其中除尘方面，每台锅炉机组设置1台盐城欣意晟环保有限公司的气箱脉冲袋式除尘器，其型号为XQM64-5。脱硫方式采用脱硫塔，每台锅炉布置1台荣剑环境有限公司的型号为XL旋流式水膜脱硫塔，并且设置有长2m宽3m深5m的脱硫循环池，配备2台循环水泵一用一备，以及一台渣浆泵，用于除去由脱硫塔捕捉到的烟气灰尘所产生的沉淀。脱硫系统是利用控制柜的检测和控制的功能来对加药量进行控制的。每个气箱脉冲袋式除尘器都设置有星型卸灰阀和湿式螺旋输灰机，通过输灰机将灰运至室外，并最终运走。 本设计采用二级皮带和多斗提升机的方式来运煤，通过机械方式进行除渣，运煤系统包括一级皮带、格子板、槽式给料机、电磁分离器、电磁振动给煤机、破碎机、多斗提升机以及水平皮带。 关键词：锅炉房工艺设计，除氧，除尘，脱硫，运煤除渣 Abstract The design for the NingXia food factory boiler room design, based on a variety of materials, selection of two sets of SHL10-2.45-W type boiler, after the expansion of three.
