A non cont act t echnique ba sed on t he p hotovolt aic eff ect in pn j unctio n s and Faraday ’s law i s p re sent ed , w hich i s app lied for det ecting chip s f unction an d connection st at u s bet ween chip s an d lead f rame during p ackaging p roce ss of L ED chip s. Accor ding to t he clo sed circuit st at u s of L ED chip s , in duced circuit i s co mp o sed of multicircuit coil wit h highp er meabilit y bar magnetic core . Different lapp ed way s of magnetic core are u sed to imp rove signaltonoi se ratio , op timal lapp ed way i s det er mined accor ding to t he re sult of exp eriment s. The exp eriment al re sult s show t hat t he t echnique ha s a high det ecting accuracy , and it can realize det ecting for clo sed loop circuit p hotocur rent , w hich i s j u st at microamp ere magnit ude . The calculation re sult s are well con si st ent wit h t he exp eriment al re sult s.
