Collegeof Optoelectronic Science and ngineer ing, N ational University of Defense Technology, Changsha 410073, China Abstr act: The etectors coherence between four qua rants is very important for applying a qua rant photo etector in object position2 sensitive etecting. A metho is escribe to measure the response coherence between the four qua rants of a qua r ant photo etector by using fluorescent lamp. This metho is simple an easy to be realize . A prefer ably precise result of the response coherence can be obtaine by the meth2 o . A GT111 qua r ant photo etector was measur e using this metho an coher ence better than 82% was obtaine . The result reveals that the GT 111 has goo response coherence between the four qua rants.
