核心企业领导风格对网络治理的影响研究 党兴华，孙永磊 （西安理工大学 经济与管理学院 陕西 西安 710054） 摘 要：本文主要研究技术创新网络中核心企业领导风格对治理方式的选择和治理绩效的影响，建立 了相关的理论模型并提出研究假设。以具有较强研发合作强度和深度的典型行业为对象进行问卷调研，运 用逐步回归等方法进行实证检验。主要研究结论包括，适度的变革型领导行为以及强制式治理方式有利于 治理绩效的提升，交易型领导风格和协商式治理方式有利于网络治理的顺利开展，获得更高的治理绩效。 关键词：核心企业领导风格；治理方式；治理绩效；技术创新网络 Impact of Core enterprise leadership style on Network Governance Dang Xinghua, Sun Yonglei (Economics and Management School, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an, 710054) Abstract : The technological innovation network have become an important organizational form of the enterprise innovation activities. On the basis of the related literature, We construct the theoretical hypotheses between core enterprise leadership style, governance pattern and governance performance. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that moderate transformational leadership behavior and the forced governance pattern conducive to enhance the performance of network governance, transactional leadership style and consultative governance can be advantageous to the network governance. The conclusion is very important to further improve the enterprise cooperation innovation theories and to improve the cooperation performance of technology innovation network.
