Although the adverse reactions of antibacterial agents are mostly the common drug reactions and do not belong to the ， irrational use of drugs the irrational use of antibacterial agents can increase the incidence of adverse reactions and serious adverse drug reactions are often associated with drug interaction. In order to further improve the rationality of the clinical use of antibacterials and reduce the harm caused by the adverse reactions to patients ， this article summarized the common adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents and described influencing factors of adverse drug reactions.
