SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业设计说明书 污水沉泥四通井座模具的设计 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业： 材料成型及控制工程 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2014 年 5 月 摘 要 塑料作为应用广泛的高分子合成材料，是现代社会经济发展的基础材料之一，其用途已渗透到经济和生活的各个领域，与钢铁、木材、水泥成为材料领域的四大支柱。模具是工艺生产的基础工艺装备，其生产技术水平的高低，成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志之一。 本课题的主要来源是山东文远建材科技股份有限公司的塑料管件项目——污水沉泥四通井座的模具设计。塑料井座具有重量轻、易清洁、耐腐蚀老化、强度高、使用寿命长，制作方便、价格低廉等特点。本课题以四通井座为塑件模型，应用UG软件进行注塑模具设计。通过塑料成型工艺方案的拟定与比较、各种工艺参数的正确选择、注塑模具的结构设计及材料的选择，掌握一般机械的设计原理、方法和过程，达到独立设计一般注塑模具的能力。 此次设计的主要成果是：（1）分析了塑料四通井座的结构及其成型工艺，设计了相对应的凸凹模结构；（2）为塑件选择了符合要求的模架；（3）由于塑件的结构需要，设计了侧抽芯机构；（4）对模具的各个非标准零件进行了结构和尺寸设计，使其符合模具整体的要求。 四通井座由于具有四个侧向大尺寸的沉口，抽芯比较困难，基于公司的实际情况，设计时采用液压缸滑块抽芯结构，使模具能满足较长的抽芯距离。 关键词：塑料四通、侧抽芯、分型面、模架、脱模 Abstract Composite materials is one of the basic materials of modern social and economic development as a widely used plastic polymer whose use has penetrated into all areas of the economy and life. It is one of the four pillars of the material field paralleled with steel , wood and cement. Mold is the basis of production process technology and equipment , and its level of production technology has become an important indicator to measure the level of a country s manufacturing . Well plastic seat with advantages of light weight, easy to clean , corrosion-resistant aging, high strength, long life , easy to make , inexpensive and so on.
