2010 两岸经贸与管理学术研讨会 STI 学习和 DUI 学习：概念、特征及理论意义 1 2 郭爱芳 ；陈劲 1 2 （浙江理工大学经济管理学院； 浙江大学公管学院） 摘要：步入 21 世纪以来，知识和学习在企业技术创新中发挥的作用越来越受到学者们的关 注，识别和有效利用企业不同学习活动的互补性以及优化知识资源的使用成为企业创新战略 搜索的重点。Lundvall 教授等学者于 2004 年识别了 STI 和 DUI 这两种学习和创新模式，该 研究已得到越来越多国际学术界的关注，但国内在该领域的研究刚刚起步, 理论探讨和实证 分析都很缺乏。本文较为系统地阐述了 STI 和 DUI 这两种学习的概念起源、内涵、特性及 其理论意义, 以期引起国内学者的兴趣和关注, 为今后的研究奠定基本的理论基础。 关键字：STI 学习；DUI 学习；概念；特性 STI DUI Learning：Conception, Characters and Theoretical Meaning 1 2 GUO Aifang and Chen Jin 1 （ School of Economics and Management, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, China ； 2 College of Public Administrative, Zhejiang University, P.R. China ） Abstract: Since striding into the 21st century, scholars are more and more focusing on the role that knowledge and learning play in firms’ technological innovation. The key for enterprises in innovation strategy search is to recognize and make efficient use of the complementarity among different learning activities, and optimize knowledge use. In 2004, professor Lundvall and his fellows recognizes two modes of learning and innovation modes: STI-mode and DUI-mode，which arises more and more researchers’ interests. However, in the domestic this domain research has just started, with the theory discussion and the empirical analysis all very lacking. The article makes a systematical expatiation on both the STI and DUI learning’s origin, conception, characters and their theoretical meaning, and expects to arouse the domestic scholars interest and attention, and thus lays the foundation to futu
