Meanwhile , the consumer market requires a higher level of distribution service ?of the product : people not only demand a wide range of fruit and vegetable product and an in time delivery ?,but also pay a even closer attention to the freshness and the quality of the product .It is increasingly vital to establish a system of logistics to meet the needs of the consumers ,to ensure the high freshness, the nutritional quality ,the safety and the health of the product . These articles analyses and investigate the current situation of the logistics of the fruit and vegetable product among our nation in a macroscopic view. Firstly, it presents the conception and the connotation of Cold Chain Logistics. Secondly, it analyses the current condition of the logistics of the fruit and vegetable and shows the problems existing in the system .Finally, aiming to the exist problems, it offers some feasible advices and measures to improve the current condition of the logistics of the fruit and vegetable.
