·人才培养模式 · 我院护理本科生诊断思维能力应用现状分析 夏 玲 【摘要】目的 探讨提高护理本科生诊断思维能力应用的方法。方法 利用操作考核、护理工作能力考核、 标准化病人护理病例考核、病例分析理论考核对现有在院本科护理生进行诊断思维能力的调查研究，分析 护理本科生诊断思维能力应用的现状，分析原因，提出相应对策。结果 护理本科生诊断思维能力应用中 护理程序应用能力良好；基础操作能力优秀；基础医学、临床医学基本知识和常见病、多发病诊治的基本 知识掌握和专科疾病护理能力为合格；运用各种诊察手段能力和评判性思维运用能力不合格；应急处理和 沟通协调能力基本合格。结论 将诊断思维为导向的临床实践教学方法应用于护理本科生的教育，能提高 护理本科生的护理核心能力，在综合、实践能力的培养有一定的作用，提升实践教学质量。 【关键词】护理本科生；诊断思维；现状；存在问题 【Abstract 】Aim This project aims to improve the diagnosis thinking ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods Nursing undergraduates will be investigated in diagnosis thinking ability by operation assessment and assessments of nursing work ability,standardized patient nursing case and case analysis.Current status of diagnosis thinking ability of nursing undergraduates will be analyzed. According to the analysis of the causes, the corresponding countermeasures will be raised.Outcome Good diagnostic thinking ability and application of nursing procedure of nursing undergraduates;qualified excellent basic operating ability,basic medical,basic knowledge of clinical medicine, mastered basic knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of common disease and qualified disease care ability of specialty;qualified diagnostic ability ,critical thinking,emergency management and ability of communication and coordination.
